Why am I being asked to complete the Child Nutrition Eligibility & Benefit Application (CNEEB)? The Department of Education uses the number of eligible students to determine the amount of aid for school districts, among other things. The CNEEB application can be filled out at any time during the school year. A school with more eligible students will generally receive more aid.
I have more than one child, do I need to fill out more than one form? No, only one form is needed for all your children.
What happens if I refuse to fill out the CNEEB Application? If households fail to complete the CNEEB Application, the delivery of programs and services in your child’s school may be impacted; therefore, it is very important that every household accurately completes the form.
Will the district share my information? No, the information collected on theCNEEB Application will be protected and kept confidential.
